Making a Booking

) before making a booking - we will be honest. We want all our guests
to enjoy themselves. Please read through the terms
and conditions.
In order to make a booking, fill in and submit the form below (the form supports google autofill). We will contact you (normally within 24hrs) to confirm your booking and provide details on how to pay your deposit (usually £100 per gite per week booked). Please note that full payment will be required for any bookings made within 70 days of the start of the rental date. We accept online credit card payments through Paypal as well as payments by internet bank-bank transfer to our UK account or by personal cheque. Once you email us or submit a booking form, we will always hold any weeks booked for at least a week pending payment of the deposit. We update our website availability page within minutes of receiving a booking, so if the week(s) you want are listed as available when you submit the form or contact us, it is almost certain that your booking will be accepted, but you should wait for our email cofirmation before booking flights or ferries, just in case !
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A BOOKING FORM UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO PAY A DEPOSIT WITHIN 7 DAYS.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A BOOKING CONFIRMATION 48hrs AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR FORM PLEASE CALL US (your form or confirmation may have been lost in transit - it happens) ! We reserve the right to automatically cancel bookings if we receive no response to our confirmation email within 48hrs.
For multiple gite bookings please submit a seperate form for each gite . Please note that in order to make it fair for individual families you must contact us before sending booking forms if your party requires more than two cottages.
Please note that in order to maintain a family friendly atmosphere, we do not normally accept bookings from parties consisiting only of adults during school holidays. Dogs (except guide dogs) are not normally accepted at any time.
Like most gîtes, La Vendange is located in the countryside and guests should note that pests such as field mice, and mosquitos are a part of the native fauna. The cottages should be pest free on your arrival and we have a ready supply of mouse traps and mosquito repellers, but those with serious allergies or phobias may prefer to seek more urban accommodation !
